Also don't forget to reflect on what you are thankful for this Thanksgiving.

Halloween

This Halloween was fun. Robert really wanted to be a dinosaur and wanted Jonathan to be a baby dinosaur. It was fun finding a baby dinosaur costume. Not that Robert's was much easier. I had to call the party store and have them hold it. (It was the last one.)
Thankfully this Halloween wasn't as warm as past ones. After the sun went down, it was actually quite nice and Robert wasn't too hot in his costume. Jonathan actually stayed out the whole time too. He was too cute. He fell asleep about 15 minutes in the trick or treating and only woke up at the end.

Baby cards

This card is for my friend that just had her first baby, a little girl. The numbers of girls versus boys in my group of friends is starting to balance out, but I think the boys are still winning.
I am the only one with two of the same, everyone else as one of each or just one. But we are thrilled to add another baby to the group. Even if I might not get to see this one until she is older. (They live in the California Bay area.)

Here is a expecting card that I created. It took a while to figure out a good gender neutral card to make.

Another Anniversary Card

Unfortunately, the image is not as bright as I would like and the picture doesn't show it very well. But I made this card for my in-laws. I used SU Certainly Celery card stock (CS) and ink along with Cameo Coral CS. The stamp set is also SU, Along the Shore. The image reminded me of the Outer Banks, were we go with my In-laws. (Don't ask how long they have been married, I don't know because my DH can't ever remember, and neither can his sister.)

CCBC Tuesday #12

Here is my first challege card. It is for Created by Courtney's Tuesday challenge. The challenge was to use bright colors, Rose Red, Always Artichoke, Brilliant Blue. So here is my card. I made if for my parent's 43rd anniversary. I also stamped inside the card, with the sayings "cherish" and 'celebrate". It is wonderful to say my parents have been married for 43 years and are still very much in love. I hope my boys can say the same about my husband and I in 30+ years.
